Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Warrensburg, MO

💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Average Weekly: Up to $2,000 (based on performance)
Miles: ~1,800/week
Loads: ~4 per week

Pay Scale (CPM):

$0.70 – $0.80 based on experience

Additional Pay:

Unload Pay: $240 per load
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Backhaul Pay: $50

💸 SIGN-ON BONUS – $1,000

$500 after first load
$500 after 30 days

🚚 POSITION DETAILS

Freight: Dry Van
Unload: 100% Driver Unload (Touch Freight) Roller system (box-by-box)
Running Area: Midwest & Central States
MO, KS, OK, AR, IA, MN, WI, IL, IN, KY, TN, NE, SD, ND
Schedule: Early morning deliveries
Multi-stop routes
~4 loads per week

🏠 HOME TIME

Home Weekly (34-hour reset)
~80% weekend resets

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A required
Minimum 3 months experience
Must be physically able to unload freight
Must have secure parking for truck & trailer
Must bring 2 weeks of supplies to orientation

⚠️ JOB CONDITIONS

Physically demanding (touch freight)
Early morning start times
Customer-facing deliveries
Consistent multi-stop routes

🎓 TRAINING & ORIENTATION

Ride Along: 1 week @ $150/day
Orientation: 3 days (Mon/Wed start options)
Travel, hotel, and meals provided
Drivers report directly for account-specific training
Must be ready to seat truck immediately
